Big Gigantic at Red Rocks

Big Gigantic, an instrumental electronic, hip-hop, and jazz duo, created a series of spatial 3D shows using Liminal’s technology. The project debuted at Red Rocks in the band’s native Colorado. As the band played, cascades of colorful art floated over the stage and towards the audience. Marking a world’s first, larger than life 3D IMAG feeds displayed the artists live on the spatial screen, making it feel like the band was hovering over the audience’s heads.

What People Are Saying

“...the 3D display used by [Liminal Space] has a one-of-a-kind LED display that’s capable of creating the strongest 3D effect of any in the world.”

This Song Is Sick

“With each new song, we often heard an audible gasp from the crowd as the new visuals played. A lot of our 3D effects happened behind the band at the top of the song, then all of a sudden the band was both behind and immersed in the video itself as it shot out into the crowd”
